You’re probably here because you’ve noticed that the email that came from your Divi Contact Form doesn’t include the sender’s email. This has all to do with spam prevention. Your email probably shows that your form is coming from your own domain name.
If you were to click “Reply”, you would discover that it does actually populate the sender’s email address; however, there are some cases where you many want to see the sender’s email address without having to reply.
The Solution: All you need to do is add the following code in the Message Pattern box. This is found in the Contact Form module settings. The Message Pattern box allows you to customize the content of your form submissions. For example, if you have a phone number field in the form, you would just need to add %%phone%% in the Message Pattern box.
Email from %%email%%The message is – %%message%%
